Commented "The bags rip, so trash spills out, it is not picked up, & then it blows around the entire neighborhood. I've seen trash everywhere! And instead of reducing waste, I still have to buy other trash bags that fit our trash can and shove them into the city bags hoping to meet weight like airport luggage"
