Commented "The Raiders need to improve at so many positions right now that they would be able to get a treasure trove of picks back in a trade from a team that is truly desperate for a QB. Derek Carr has played well for the most part, though he still has a lot more developing to do. However, the Raiders have huge needs on both sides of the ball and I think they would do well to get Carr some more weapons and to improve his protection. They definitely need pass rushers, but it is very easy to undo a young QB if he doesn't have support, so if I were the Raiders, I would consider trading down to be able to draft Gurley or Cooper."
