Commented "If it's going to cost NU $30 mil, our phones work fine enough as is. Watch the game & spend $ elsewhere. But, if Verizon, etc are flipping the bill and the athletic department has lease agreements lined up to make the school $ as claimed, I would have to say why not and move my vote to the yes side."
