Seems logical. They made the call in the first place.

They called for a reason, so if the conversation isn't over, they should call back and continue. If the "callee" is busy, the conversation continues another time.

The one who dialed the number, since they can easily hit redial.

Had to pick one but I think it really depends on the actual call itself

I picked ‘the caller’ but it actually depends on the situation. If the call dropped due to a bad connection on my end, I will call back when I have a better connection.

Yes. Usually the caller. Sometimes the call is fine. I don’t call back. Also, I use landline fir important calls.

If the callee had wanted to talk to me, they would have made the original call.

You initially made the call. It's your responsibility if you want to continue the conversation.

I had to choose one but in reality I don't think it matters.

I pick this one though I really don't think it matters. When this happens with one of my friends, one of will call the other back. Does it matter which? NO.

I wish I did but a good quality emerald is so expensive. Yes, there are "created" emeralds, but unlike diamonds which look great, the created emeralds do not.

To continue my story (this is 3/3), I was very envious when one of my best friends got faux emeralds for her birthday and wore them first. However, I was happy to wear mine anyway. My friends bulled me because I was a "copycat" even tho they all knew I had received mine first. #meangirls!

My parents got me faux emeralds as my first pair of pierced earings and I looked at them in the box until my mom could find the "self-piercing" rings that slowly worked into your ear over a couple of weeks. When I proudly wore my birthstone earings to school my best friends bullied.

My birthstone is Amethyst. I like it. I like the color. But one, I prefer Emeralds. And two, I don't wear jewelry anymore.

No, I have no rubies, and I wept mock tears for my husband's benefit answering this.
