Anytime is ok if you dont have neighbors. If you have neighbors its better to hold off a bit especially if they are elderly or very young.

Mostly the grass is too wet to mow before 7, and it can be way too hot to mow after noon. I sometimes mow late in the afternoon when shade exists.

Maybe just a dozen or so if you add them all up and include snow boots and water shoes along with the rest.

when I retired I threw away every heel, every dress shoe and most of my work /dress clothes. now I dress for my comfort (11 years ago I'd have een on the otherside)
