One needs space to relax, although a good cuddle beforehand is terrific!

Cuddling keeps me awake because my spouse thinks that means more is in the stars. All I want to do is sleep.

You sleep on a mattress! People don't invest well in them. You invest in a car, home, shoes, hygiene products but not a mattress most if the time. My sleep improved once I bought a good one.

A good quality mattress suited to your special needs is most important to getting a good night's sleep. A cuddle before sleeping is fine - but is doesn't last thru the night.

I'm already retired, so not a decision I'd need to make. But, if I wasn't retired, I probably would quit. Better to give my job to someone who needs it.
