Doing curbside at Longhorn equals eating a lukewarm steak by the time I get home.

If the restaurant is CLOSED due to COVID lockdowns, then you miss ALL the dishes you used to eat there.

While I have missed going out for a steak dinner, the thing I really miss is valet parking.

Curry! Thai, Mexican, Greek food! I love different cultures foods; things I either wouldn't know how to make or would just like to relax and have someone else cook for a change. But mainly to be able to have something totally out of my cultural food norm.

Actually, I miss the atmosphere of being in a restaurant with strangers. Sounds strange, but I am single, so even being around strangers makes me feel good. I miss being served by wait staff without a mask covering their face!

Raw oysters at my favorite seafood restaurant. You can't get them to go.

Carryout still words, or delivery for city dwellers. Miss the experience of eating in a shared space. Couple of places we used to stop going to Chicago & back that we won't do till post-pandemic.

I miss being served, conversation with good friends, and the ability to order foods I can't easily prepare at home.
