ReplyNot much if a sleeper so it's easy to do for me!
ReplyI try to arrive late in the day so I can get a good night's rest. If I arrive in the morning, it is a must to get outside and let the sun reset your body clock.
ReplyWe are planning to minimize the effects when heading across to Japan soon. Coming home may be a bit harder of an adjustment.
