I am taking every precaution, but will not risk infecting other family members to travel to see them. I miss traveling so much.

Common sense. Waiting until things are safer. Why put oneself in harm's way?

Due to COVID we certainly won't be going there as freely, nor will others be coming here. A couple of close family (who are in our pod) will be the only ones in the Christmas plans.

This is the first time since 2004 that I will spend the holidays at home. There is a pandemic and the number of cases is increasing. Better safe than sorry.

I am afraid to travel because of COVID. The last thing that I need is to get sick in a foreign country.

My family doesn't usually travel for the holidays, largely due to my husband work schedule. However this year I'm working as an in home aid for a disabled friend & my job is 7 days a week.
