The ground beef is ok if it's in Lasagna for example. I don't think you could go into this thinking it's going to taste like meat. However, I have had "chicken" that kinda tasted like chicken. That was outside of Canada, where there is more choice.

Lasagna is great. Veggie burgers 0/10 recommend.

They are a novelty. True vegetarians and vegans won't touch them because they are prepared on the same equipment that meat products.

I like it! Once you put onions, pickles, lettuce, tomato, mustard, catchup/secret sauce, how hard is it?!?

I can't say I think they really taste like meat. I east very little red meat so when I do, I expect a certain type of taste.

I thought it tasted just like meat. I have gastrointestinal issues, so this is a great alternative.

Our vegetarian daughter ate some of these once upon a time -- but us, never.

There is a sweet spot when it has lost all traces of green but has not yet begun to turn brown.
