Was not by choice but because of it, it saved my life. I'm a HUGE supporter of counseling et fully encourage people to seek it et tell them of how it helped me et saved my life.

Marriage counseling many years ago. It's hard to blend two lives together and we needed help. We got it and have a happy and successful marriage. 25+ years and still going strong.......

Yes. AFter my first husband passed away after a six year battle with cancer. I denied that I needed counseling but was really glad I ended up going. Would recommend counseling to everyone.

I voted and disclosed my answer into having mental health and relationship counseling because there's still so many people who need somebody's words to help them reach out.

No, but I sure could have used some in the past. Now I just tell people what I think. If they don't like it, oh well. I would consider it if needed.

It’s a good idea when needed. I usually just ask good friends their opinions.

Probably should have. There should be no stigma attached to seeking help when you feel you need it.
