No, but I sure could have used some in the past. Now I just tell people what I think. If they don't like it, oh well. I would consider it if needed.

Probably should have. There should be no stigma attached to seeking help when you feel you need it.

Because I am biased towards my own reasoning and I co-sign my own mistakes.
ReplyWas not by choice but because of it, it saved my life. I'm a HUGE supporter of counseling et fully encourage people to seek it et tell them of how it helped me et saved my life.
ReplyMarriage counseling many years ago. It's hard to blend two lives together and we needed help. We got it and have a happy and successful marriage. 25+ years and still going strong.......

ReplyYes. AFter my first husband passed away after a six year battle with cancer. I denied that I needed counseling but was really glad I ended up going. Would recommend counseling to everyone.

ReplyYears ago I spoke to a therapist. Was the best decision at the time. Now I work in mental health and honestly love it

ReplyI have seen Dr for anxiety, depression since accident 19 yrs ago. It has been esp bad since spouses death.
