Our grandkids have been back in daycare since last spring. No change for us since we live out of town, though for parents it has meant a return to a less stressed work week.

I buy magnets with pictures of the places we visit. With many kids, grands & greats there are always photos, etc. to exhibit on our fridge.

The souvenirs have to be made in the country I'm visiting, something I can use or give as a gift, small enough to fit in my suitcase, and not too heavy.

Souvenirs are touchstones that transport me back to when and where and with whom I bought them. I encourage everyone to not only bring back souvenirs, but to display them around the house.
