I'm retired, and it still messes me up. And don't even get me started with my 3 cat's breakfast time!
ReplyI think it's unnecessary and the 2 cats don't understand why breakfast is late.
ReplyIt is extremely silly to listen to people say by changing the clock they actually get extra time added to the day. It is only a mental game that has been marketed with great success.
ReplyIt's hard to adjust to the new time twice a year. It throws off my sleep pattern.
ReplyIt affects my circadian clock for a week, so I don't sleep right. While my son, when he was a baby, would still wake up at the old hour causing me to lise that hour of needed sleep. It also affects our pets who are used to being fed at certain times.
ReplySpring ahead is worse than Fall back.
ReplyEven though I'm retired and attempt to schedule appointments mid day, the time change messes with my sleep.
