Sold all of that gear and vinyl decades ago.

I own tons, but have not played in years.

I'd have to be a retro buff or really into music to do that. I've just gotten rid of all my CDs

Got rid of all my vinyl and cassette tapes. Only kept my CD's. (Sorry now, though).

Sold them at a yard sale years ago

We owned our vinyls longer than most of our friends before finally sold them in the early 2000s. We were also the last of us to get a CD player, at around that time.

Still own a few boxes full of classics, but haven't fired up a turntable in years.
