My diet is definitely better taken care of than my exercise routine

A bit less eating would be nice, but more regular time on the treadmill in particular would be a great contributor to continued health.

I sit all day at my job and mostly all evening at home. I need to exercise but have a hard time finding motivation

I just feel like arising at the same time helps me stay on schedule and feel like I am seizing the day. Also, I can NEVER sleep in when I try anyway.

I have tried to get up later but cannot stay up in the evening. I got up at the same time for many years while working

I'm retired, and unless I have a specific appointment, I get up whenever I wake up, and that depends on how late I stayed up the night before

It is said that you should always wake up at the same time. Never has worked for me.
