Once I got rid of all the stress in my life (husbands, toxic workplaces, toxic family members, etc), I feel soooo much younger and happier!

Emotionally and mentally I feel younger than my 65 years. Physically, that's a different story. I try to keep young at heart. I'm the one you'll see singing at the top of my lungs to rock and roll in the car, and not stop because someone is watching 😀

I am 65. I have seen people in their 60s wasting away in nursing homes. Very sad. I had my three children late - I was in my 40-50s. I think they have kept me young.

I am in my 70's, but I don't usually feel much different than when I was about 30. Sometimes my knees don't agree...

Younger mentally. I have always kind of felt the same age. My grandma way into her 90s was always young at heart and I feel like I'm the same way.

In my mind I am young. Age has begun to limit my physical ability. Vertigo & bone loss limit activity.

I have been through a lot of medical issues, and have never recovered fully from one. Combined with side effects from medication I must take, I'm just exhausted all the time and physically disabled.

I, myself, less. But I live with my daughter now, in her home, and she is a "clean freak".

We have occasional gatherings here, which provides an excuse to clean up more thoroughly than otherwise.
