I voted another color because they are another color.

They are an off-white. It is the color they were when we bought the house.

when house was completed the walls were all white, in time as decorating tastes were decided the walls were painted to complement decor.

Our great room is a lovely dark "Halls of Ivy" green, with a vaulted, knotty pine ceiling and hickory hardwood floor.
