If you want to be sure that something will be available you need to book in advance. You should also leave some room for spur of the moment things.

If you meant, did we book a room and transport before going, yes, we're "planned". But I would LOVE to just hop on a plane, train, or jump in the car and.........GO !

It do plan it but being single I probably could start being a bit more spontaneous.

VCations need to be planned in advance for most of us. People depend on us to accomplish certain things. Have to prepare.

Because I have to make sure I have enough of my medication in advance of leaving. I also find I can get better rates for lodging and airfare by purchasing far in advance.

I don't get paid vacations as I am hourly - part time. I have to request at least 2 wks prior and have to save up to cover the expense of missing time off from work.

As an elderly lady who travels mainly accompanied with daughter, I need to be sure I have medications and she needs to get off work.

We took one unplanned vacation which put us in Boston the evening of 9/11. A very scary time to be away from home.

At the moment we are contemplating whether we must undo our mostly completed plans to go to Europe in May. In general planning is half the fun. Curse you corona virus!

I usually decided the day before I leave. So much of my life is planned that this is one of the few times that I can just be gone. Nobody knows whether I am in town or out of state. I love it!

My families is spur of the moment. That is because with 3 kids 4,3,and 1 if we make big plans majority of the time something comes up or it doesn't go as planned.
