I have always been one to plan things. I worked over 50 years serving as a Project Engineer, Program Manager, Emergency Response Manager and Vice President.

I can be spontaneous, given enough time to plan for it. 😉

I plan out my destinations to save gas and plan my day to get the most done.

Vacations to popular and iconic destinations require planning. While making reservations at some of the historic motels on Route 66, I discovered that two of them were booked 18 months out. Walk-ins (non planners) would be turned away.

Since I horseback ride in the Wilderness, it takes planning to do so safely.

If you want to do something that is very popular, you need to book in advance. Otherwise, you risk disappointment.
