Commented "What is too much? for somebody on the same job for 18 years. There have been multiple performance bonuses as well as cost of living. Iowa cannot consistently keep up with the Joneses (Bama, tOSU, etc) when it comes to recruiting. That means building em up and coaching em up. Nuff said"
