He has a GM that wants him and living in Philly will allow him to drive or take the train to DC, NYC, and Brooklyn pretty easily

Royce is clearly more interested in things other than playing basketball. There are too many obstacles now and he'll never see an NBA court.

If he can't fly on a plane, I don't see a career in the NBA working out for this guy. NBA team won't pay him for 60-70 games. Too many guys want it more and will work harder for it.

Restrict the heck out of him...... Don't let the kid off easy given that he was supposed to arrive on campus in a few weeks. He signed a LOI. Prohm was planning for his arrival.
