Restrict the heck out of him...... Don't let the kid off easy given that he was supposed to arrive on campus in a few weeks. He signed a LOI. Prohm was planning for his arrival.

Give him a conditional release, no, big 12, no cal, and no one on the schedule for the next 5 years
