Commented "While I do enjoy warm weather I do not care to choke on smoke through August and September. Then there is agriculture, nature and wildlife to consider. We all need water and there is less of it to go around every year"

Commented "Inviting the whole world to visit Bend and then complaining about the place being overrun by tourists is the height of hypocrisy. So, the only remedy is to restrict access to the places we love in the hopes of preserving some degree of the natural beauty that we live here for."
