The time change serves no purpose. It is disruptive to children and adults alike.

More people die in car and related accidents from such an abrupt change in their routine. And it's twice every year that this happens.

It seems pointless to keep doing it in a world that runs 24/7. It's a tactic that may have worked at conserving energy in the 60s, 70s, and 80s. But in a world that runs non-stop, it just seems unnecessary. And that's without mentioning the alleged health problems it causes.

It's taxing on mental health to be constantly adjusting the time just so companies get to have workers come in earlier and have an excuse for it.
