These monopolies are detrimental to the welfare of our country. It creates bias and encourages censorship. Oh, and it’s probably against the law which is something this administration seems to regularly practice.

Right now there are no rules. The aquifer is assumed to be unlimited, and anyone with the $$$ to drill a well can get a permit to take as much as they want.
