What's the point of a census if you can't define who is a citizen and who is not? Absolutely stupid to think it's not OK for our country to ask such a no brainer question. It's a CENSUS!

We've done census counts for generations. It should be carried out in an appropriate manner again this time.

The census is mandated by the Constitution and delaying it shows a lack of respect for that document. A document that Trump swore under oath to uphold, not to circumvent when it suits him.

This is 45's way of swaying the districts his way and in favor of republicans. The census hasn't had a citizenship question in years!

Only individuals who are in this country should be counted. If you are here illegally go home.

Hell no. Are you kidding me? Why don't we just have Trump rewrite the Constitution to his liking? Idiot.

Do you agree with the Representative's decision to go against her party and vote no on the measure?

Far too many representatives vote the way THEY want to vote vs. how their constituents WHO VOTED FOR THEM to represent them WANT them to vote. I applaud her for voting the way her constituents wanted her to vote!! There are very few representatives who vote the way their constituents want them to!!

The people signing the petition asked for a November vote and their wish should be respected
