The only exemption should be for a Dr. diagnosed allergy... period!

News reports have shown that families are requesting exemptions for reasons totally unrelated to vaccines. I can't believe in this day and time that we are even debating the need for vaccinations!

If parents don't want to vaccinate their kids, they should not be allowed to attend public OR private schools!

I get the health concern but this is inching ever so close to violating someone's free will. Controlling one another is not the answer.

I truly hate nanny state laws, So if want to let your kids get sick and die, fine. But they cant go to public schools till they have their shots

Yes, officials DO have the right to make such decisions when it affects the whole community. Those parents who don't vaccinate their kids are ignorant and their kids should not attend public schools.

The Oregon government and local police force has done a HORRIBLE job at keeping crime down, protecting cities, citizens and federal agents. If they can't do their job, TRUMP WILL.

Oh yeah, Trump did a great protecting when he incited the riot at the Capital on January 6th. Then had the unmitigated gall to pardon his MAGA idots for their crimes. What a guy...

Trump's a big man-baby... needs to get his own house in order before sticking his nose in our business...and what's -her -name is just a mouthpiece...no original thought on anything...

I usually spend a number of days each month in the Portland area, including downtown. Having worked in downtown Portland for many years, yes it's not what it once was. Having said that, it's definitely not a "war zone" and nothing like Trump and his minions would like you to think.

A bunch of crap from the Trump administration that hopes to incite a violent response that justifies the use of violence and military action. Illegal, immoral, and unconstitutional. Get them out!

Because the exaggeration of conditions in Portland, LA, memphis and Chicago is nowhere near the actual events. He and his henchpeople including traitor dereamer are only creating a reason to occupy american cities and attack the democrats.

It’s a very small minority that’s causing a problem and for the most part, the marches are peaceful and none-combative. Portland’s problems, generally speaking; are the homeless sleeping on the streets and trashing the area, and not people marching in the streets.
