We have a client who lives in a rural area and has a small low traffic business out of his home. If the government determined he should pay a tax for the road to his home, than so should pot growers.

What government charges for transportation fees shouldn't depend on what crop is being grown. Cannabis is legal!

They should have to pay the same fees as everyone else.

It's a slippery slope to applying SDCs to all crops. Maybe next year the 4-H kid will have to pay a county fee for his market lamb.
