We have a client who lives in a rural area and has a small low traffic business out of his home. If the government determined he should pay a tax for the road to his home, than so should pot growers.

They should have to pay the same fees as everyone else.

It's a slippery slope to applying SDCs to all crops. Maybe next year the 4-H kid will have to pay a county fee for his market lamb.

Absolutely, do not do this. It's ridiculous if you want to slow people down. Put in speed bumps but do not impede traffic and it looks disgusting. It looks stupid. You've already ruined enough streets in this town for bicyclers no more. Do no more use speed bumps if you want to slow people down
