lay off peoples rights even if it means them acting stupid, it's not govt.s business.

We have too much government in our lives already. Common sense and Mother Nature will be a much better regulator.

Government does not need any more power over the people

If there's a warning about certain products and there are still people who choose to use them, then let them. If they're that stupid then they deserve what they get.
