Deer when concentrated in large groups have a much higher chance of spreading disease between individuals. Keeping their wintering grounds undeveloped would benefit them the most.

With laws or without........people will ALWAYS feed their wild pets.....no matter what!!! Didn't work here in Sisters, eh! Keep government out of my back yard!

Just the same usual amount. It's not much of a problem at Discovery Park, tho. Owners seem to have good control of their dogs.
