The writing is on the wall. Cost savings to off set the onerous taxes on business will lead to cuts in staff. Oregon will be in decline.

Experienced returning a product when Les still ran things. Manager refused to. Les himself appeared allowed return product now banned. Co. will go downhill run by a conglomerate. Very sad day.

It didn't take those Granddaughters and their husbands long to want that money. So long Grandpa and Grandma, we're having a ball.

I feel sorry for all the Les Schwab Employees. They will see they jobs shipped to states with lower business taxes than Oregon. This will destroy Prineville.

That is true and Les and his wife loved the people and the fact they made work for them. They were fine people.

As long as there are no new costs to homeowners. Increase other taxes that everyone shares...gas, alcohol, cigarettes, whatever. Just don't even think about trying to bleed more $$ from homeowners!

We live in Sisters. We would not be able to get over the pass to get to Portland in the winter without ODOT. This is irresponsible and dangerous!

Essential employees like that should not be laid off! We need them to keep the people on the highway safe.
