I will follow the instructions of the business owners on this policy. Their business, their property, their decision.

Those who work in these businesses come in contact with many people. They should be protected as much as possible, and we have to stop this virus from disrupting our lives in future years.

I'm vaccinated, & wear a mask as an extra measure of protection. Too many variants running around & no booster updates available yet. Not about to faafo the hard way...

Good for those businesses and the commitment they have to our community.

I'll wear the mask, never was too impressed with the honor system of vaccination. When they have vaccination passports I'll have a little faith if they are required at the door. Now I feel a mask is more important, don't trust the honor system.

Until our infection rate is under control (68 in Deschutes Co. today), I support businesses requiring masks inside. More infections means more variants--something we do not need. GET VACCINATED. It's Science, not Politics.

Everyone was quick to enforce the state mandate. They should be just as quick to support the dropping of the mandate.

So we are going to just start violating people's personal and confidential medical information because a tyrant wants to control our lives? Go to hell brownstain, will not be getting injected and if asked will politely tell the person to effff off!

#1. Nobody has the right to ask about ones health or any health issues. And no one has the responsibility to share that information with store employees. #2. If the 65% of people who responded " not ok" to this poll would stop shopping at these businesses, they would rethink their decision.

I plan on not stopping at places any longer if they are going to ask me for my Vaccination status. I'm fine if a store wants to just keep the mask mandate in order to avoid issues with adding this INAPPROPRIATE question about the vaccine, but if they ask me for it, I'm just going to leave.

ADA and HIPPA laws prevent them from requiring anyone from relinquishing their private medical data. And it is unlawful to require us to do so.

It is not all the businesses fault. They are being pressured by OSHA and idiots that have been traumatized by KTVZ and CNN.that are living in fear of dying from COVID.

Mask are unhealthy. My family has a hard time breathing in them. Nobody has the right to know my personal info.. We have the right to make our own choices and not be punshed for it. It's time to stop with all covid orders Brown.

Brown needs to stop with the back and forth on risk levels. It is making it harder on bussinesses. Stop osha from fining them. which was unfair and uncalled for in the 1st place. She's hurting bussinesses and people of oregon. Forgive the osha fines on businesses! Let us all live our free rights!

The CDC claims that masks did little to fight the spread but still recommended wearing the masks even though they don't work. Now they say we can stop wearing them and no one listens to them. We are permitted to stop wearing them is fully vaxed. I won't wear one.

It is no ones business. Some people are not able to get the vaccine for medical or allergy reasons and are not going to be punished for it. Plus, you can still get covid with the vaccine!

Its also not OK for them to ask for my medical information. Last I heard HIPAA was still in place.

Per the CDC site, under the Public Health Law sec., it explains the HIPAA Privacy Rule. "The Privacy Rule also contains standards for individuals’ rights to understand and control how their health information is used." I control how my health info is used, I, & many other people will go elsewhere.

HIPAA replied & said when it's not a medical setting, your info can be requested, A Michigan lawyer asked their offices...sorry Charlie...

It's nonsense and it's a violation of US Code title 18 section 242 deprivation of rights. Masks are a false sense of protection while covid has a 99.998% survival rate. There's no emergency never has been and this is just to control the population.

I think if you are concerned or fearful about Covid, vaccinated or not, those are the people who should continue to wear masks, not everyone else. Most of the concerned and fearful people are the ones who have started, they will still be wearing masks, that's duplicating mask wearing.

Queen Brown used OSHA as a club to force businesses and their customers to wear masks. OSHA levied hefty fines and the threat of closures. Also there are the "Karens" running around taking pictures of people not wearing masks to turn them into the Gestapo.

Follow CDC guidelines regardless of the "personal interpretation of those CDC guidelines" by Governor Brown or that of any owner/CEO of a business or company.

The give her is full of it. No business will let me in without a mask as her and president Biden claimed. Why are we being lied to? If you don't want to wear the mask get vaccinated. That's crap!

He was a racist, white supremacist, and very divisive figure. The political violence that ended his lift is a terrible thing but it’s something he helped foment. This is the most ridiculous idea I can imagine.

I never heard of this guy before he was murdered, but it looks like he had a track record of saying awful things, and fomented the conditions in society that led to his demise. That's very tragic, but there are other people more deserving of a day.

Though this is a tragic incident and a terrible time of violence in our country, Mr. Kirk was not an elected official. We should honor his family and respect them in many ways and I certainly have sympathy for his family. But this does not warrant aday in Oregon devoted to his name or his politics.

A highly partisan figure in American politics should never be given a day of observance for any reason. It should be acknowledge that violence is not acceptable in any form for any reason, but it should not be honored and given Publicity because of it.

He was not a government figure, and while I don’t condone the violence that took his life, he called on his supporters to bail out others that committed violence against elected government officials.

This guy was homophobic, racist, and anti women’s rights. While I think his murder is wrong, he is not a hero. He encouraged hatred towards people he didn’t agree with their lifestyles in his “teachings”. I don’t think Jesus would support him…he preached love for everyone!

We didn't create a Melissa Hortmann day and she was a good person. Charlie Kirk's rhetoric was about racism, sexism, mysoginism, and divisiveness. He was not a good person and represented everything that was NOT Christian.
