I e-filed the middle of January. Got my state refund back in two weeks. Still waiting on Federal.

Absolutely, do not do this. It's ridiculous if you want to slow people down. Put in speed bumps but do not impede traffic and it looks disgusting. It looks stupid. You've already ruined enough streets in this town for bicyclers no more. Do no more use speed bumps if you want to slow people down
