Well I have tried to, but can not get through calling and can not apply online, their system only allows you to choose 2020 and when you are not hired in 2020 you can not file online. they are busy

As long as there are no new costs to homeowners. Increase other taxes that everyone shares...gas, alcohol, cigarettes, whatever. Just don't even think about trying to bleed more $$ from homeowners!
