I had such a hard time filing in Oregon because the state office has been so flooded.

Well I have tried to, but can not get through calling and can not apply online, their system only allows you to choose 2020 and when you are not hired in 2020 you can not file online. they are busy

Mainly because I haven't visited one in decades! Plus I have a lifetime membership to ALL of them, so I wouldn't have to pay anyway.
