Electric bills are horrible! I'm on disability and just can't afford it!

No, I used my savings.

I had money saved up and I had to use my savings to make ends meet but I haven't applied to any type of assistance.

No I did not use savings or need assistance. Most people should not need assistance or use savings. Obviously people have enough money because there are more jobs than people willing to work.
