COVID19 is not going away on its own. As soon as we track it like the beast it is, isolate it and give it nowhere to hide; the sooner we get our lives, our schools, and the economy, back to normal.

I would rather have an opportunity to have an antibody test. I think I along with tens of thousands of other people have had the virus. Did the 694,145 negative tests include those people?

Absolutely, do not do this. It's ridiculous if you want to slow people down. Put in speed bumps but do not impede traffic and it looks disgusting. It looks stupid. You've already ruined enough streets in this town for bicyclers no more. Do no more use speed bumps if you want to slow people down
