They work. People will be able to get onto 20 from a side road much easier. Until they put a circle in on Murphy and Parrell, the people trying to cross Murphy on Parrell would get hit all the time. They work.
ReplyOf course they will. Their track record in decreasing the frequency and severity of accidents is very good.
