I think rallies are good at getting a group of like minded people energized and perhaps on a small scale win over a few that may attend with an open mind. Change comes from small groups or one on one

Because there is not enough support or compassion for those whom have criminal records that can't get jobs because of and or even have there own name on a place of living or vehicle even if they were holding down a job and putting there lives back on track so why would I be agreed for closing

Don’t think there enough places for all of these people to go. Let them stay where they are with the services provided until there is a permanent safe stay place/solution.

The expenditure per person is outrageous..calculate per 190 residents! Also what is the stated method to audit the success of this large spending of our taxes?
