Mayor Fitz has already indicated there’s a water issue so why are we bringing a huge business into Redmond without a resolution first? There’s also a huge traffic consideration that needs to be addressed.
More stable high paying jobs would be wonderful, especially for our younger generation looking to start a career in the area that's not in the medical or educational fields. The added bonus is faster delivery!! Looking forward to it.
You can grow or you can die. If parents want their children to grow up and to live here we need growth to do that. Good jobs! Next we need to get the cost of housing here down so people who grow up here can afford to buy homes here!
Safe parking programs have a proven track record of successfully taking people from being homeless into having a place of their own. Safe parking programs cut down on costs to cities for ambulance calls, police calls, visits to emergency rooms and mental health crises that costs taxpayers money.
Perhaps? Hiding the un-housed in various random locations doesn't solve much. This is just another band-aid solution! Seems just the latest adaptation of "kicking the can down the road"...?
Stop increasing rent 2026 passed 9.5 percent rent increase will push more people into being homeless .. where is the cap we are already paying ridiculous prices for rent how can anyone save for a home. Not sure why you people can’t figure this out

We live across the street from a duplex that has one of those motion sensor lights on the garage. It's soooo bright it lights up my bedroom and my son's and our living room. Thats just ridiclous
