It helps to mitigate the potential of out-of-control wildfires endangering Central Oregon communities and creating days/weeks of hazardous air quality.

The Forest service won't be happy until there is no forest left or no fresh air to breath.

Mainly because I haven't visited one in decades! Plus I have a lifetime membership to ALL of them, so I wouldn't have to pay anyway.
