It helps to mitigate the potential of out-of-control wildfires endangering Central Oregon communities and creating days/weeks of hazardous air quality.

The Forest service won't be happy until there is no forest left or no fresh air to breath.

Prescribed burns would not be needed if our forests were effectively managed.

Stop burning our forest. Nature takes care of it self better. You are robbing animals of their homes and food and causing health problems for peolpe by burning every year .

Greenery holds moisture. Burning dreis everyrhing out, increasing fire danger. I've lived here my entire life, fires incearesed after agencies started burning our forest every year. ( to prevent fires)

This is a loaded question. If it means clearing out sick trees and fuels, creating fire breaks and logging and replanting, then yes. If it’s a hands off, nature takes its course method with massive fires burning out of control then no. Define what “protection” means.

This is where people who burn fire wood come into play. The forest service, blm need to allow for that and stop restricting areas for people to go get the wood for heating.

Not by climate activists, their agenda in UN American and controlling. China is pouring millions of dollars to Climate activists to make us more dependent on then, and much weaker without Fossil fuels.

With global warming giving us hotter summers here, the long term drought, and then a whole bunch of precipitation recently - though not nearly enough to relieve the drought - I expect we'll have loads of vegetation growing, just waiting for a lightning strike or careless human to ignite.
