When they have paid their debt to society and are once again free citizens, yes, of course. I never agreed with the law that said that convicted felons should forfeit their right to vote forever. Once you are free, you should be allowed to vote.

If you are a felon, you lost that right. If you are dumb enough to commit a felony, you are too dumb to vote.

Mainly because I haven't visited one in decades! Plus I have a lifetime membership to ALL of them, so I wouldn't have to pay anyway.
