its a crop that has been cultivated in the US forever prior to the marijuana prohibition that linked them together, which they clearly are not. It has thousands of uses and is an amazing rotation crop, in addition to it's medicinal value as CBD.

We have a hemp farm right across the road from us. I am allergic to hemp, CBD and Pot BUT I am not allergic to the smell. Its a nice smell. Like having incense in the house when I leave the windows open at night.

Why would it be a problem, it's a fiber, grows like, well a weed, and can be eaten, used to make clothes, paper, even houses! It's quite a phenomenal plant

No. It has no known medical benefits. It is all hype. Another Amway type scam. The only ones making any money are the ones who sell all the start up supplies and seeds or starts. It is a total waste of resources.

that is an insanely ignorant thing to say. Sounds like you got burned and are bitter. All one need to do is look up CBD medical studies and see your statement is a lie. In addition, it has thousands of other applications such as hempwood, hempcrete, twine, oil replacement, and on and on.

Nothing is wrong with it and it's been shown to help people don't be blind to one side

there are already enough things to watch out for at CRR... wildlife, bikes, pedestrians, etc ...and not a sidewalk anywhere... would prefer not to see the result of an ATV vs. auto/truck...

Safe parking programs have a proven track record of successfully taking people from being homeless into having a place of their own. Safe parking programs cut down on costs to cities for ambulance calls, police calls, visits to emergency rooms and mental health crises that costs taxpayers money.

Perhaps? Hiding the un-housed in various random locations doesn't solve much. This is just another band-aid solution! Seems just the latest adaptation of "kicking the can down the road"...?
