People are already doing it illegally. This would make it more it more safe to gamble and it will fund scholarships for low-income students.

I'm against it!

I don't think this is right. Some tribes in the state are opposed to it. It will pull funds from Oregon's Native American tribes.

For some reason I thought college was for education 1st, sports 2nd. But with paying college players and betting, education seems like far behind

Absolutely, do not do this. It's ridiculous if you want to slow people down. Put in speed bumps but do not impede traffic and it looks disgusting. It looks stupid. You've already ruined enough streets in this town for bicyclers no more. Do no more use speed bumps if you want to slow people down
