75% of the time we stay in our part of town. We do go downtown since we have a wider selection there but it is not as convenient.

Absolutely, do not do this. It's ridiculous if you want to slow people down. Put in speed bumps but do not impede traffic and it looks disgusting. It looks stupid. You've already ruined enough streets in this town for bicyclers no more. Do no more use speed bumps if you want to slow people down
