I use a budget (software I wrote for myself) and I'm debt free. I live within my means and don't use credit cards or have car payments. It's liberating!

Too difficult to police the people living in the forest. Some are tidy and keep to themselves, while others are doing drugs, littering and have un-trained, off-leash dogs guarding. It creates dangerous conditions for recreational users.

Our forests are already 30 years behind thinning and management. Too much fire suppression for the last 50 years.

Fire prevention is paramount in this area...to protect wildlife and humans. It's unfortunate the county and city are doing nothing to help the people living there.
