No, I don't like it.
I don't like it because I might not get a parking reservation if it's always busy. Some of us might not have an opportunity to reserve.

Baby steps. Maybe think about startiing a designated area for reserved parking.

Locals that have season passes should be able to ski without a parking reservation. Some of the parking lot should be reserved to pass holders with Bend addresses.
