Ever since they've installed new cameras and increased patrol downtown, it's definitely gotten safer.

Bend in general, the downtown in particular, continues to decline, to become more unsafe with each successive year.

Have you been downtown lately? Not only are the streets packed with cars trying to find a parking space you have over size pickups sticking into the driving lane when they find a parking space.

Absolutely, do not do this. It's ridiculous if you want to slow people down. Put in speed bumps but do not impede traffic and it looks disgusting. It looks stupid. You've already ruined enough streets in this town for bicyclers no more. Do no more use speed bumps if you want to slow people down
