The city and the county never should have let it get to this point. If my property looked like that the city/county would be all over me. Why do they allow our public streets to get that bad?

About time something is getting done after years putting up with it! And KTVZ, don't call them Hunnell road residents they're wild campers.

It's about time this has been enforced. It is absolutely ridiculous that it has taken this long for this decision to be made.

They all need to find health for their lives. Living on the street isn't it. Most of the homeless in our county ,90%, are not from here and only came because ,"Bend would leave them alone.". (Quote from homeless interviewed.

It's about time. Our public officials have a responsibility to us tax paying residents. I live in this area, my life has been grossly disrupted for these years of their trashy lifestyle. I use to walk this area but no more! Being poor does not mean being dirty and trashy!

Definitely, we cannot let people be above the law because they are living on the street. Many are on drugs and not willing to change! 1500 complaints, it is about time honest taxpayers, contributing member's of society are taken into consideration! It is not just about the street folks!

I think the mobile homeless will now spread out through Bend neighborhoods or forest lands and move only when forced to do so.

Hopefully they'll move into city officials neighborhoods.

I agree with what others pointed out and that is, that until these ppl have somewhere else to go, let them be there.

Because there is not enough support or compassion for those whom have criminal records that can't get jobs because of and or even have there own name on a place of living or vehicle even if they were holding down a job and putting there lives back on track so why would I be agreed for closing

Don’t think there enough places for all of these people to go. Let them stay where they are with the services provided until there is a permanent safe stay place/solution.

The expenditure per person is outrageous..calculate per 190 residents! Also what is the stated method to audit the success of this large spending of our taxes?
