Even if a kid doesn't grow to a certain height until a later age, it's still important for them to stay safe in the car. These booster seat rules save lives!

If a child is too short to make the seat belt effective a parent would be negligent not to put them in a booster.

What if a child doesn't reach the height limit until they're 13 years old?! There's no way they should still be in a booster seat at that point.
